The Child and Family Safety Network
Crisis Response Team
The Family Crisis Center– Emergency shelter serving homeless parents and their children (No age limit).
The Yeager Youth Center – Transitional Housing, Shelter Street Outreach, Safe Place and supportive living program for homeless and runaways (to age 21).
Outreach and Assistance Program - Provides access to safe and permanent housing to homeless and disabled families and homeless disabled individuals in Galveston and Brazoria Counties.
Gulf Coast Supportive Housing -Case management, rental/utility and employment assistance; appointment transportation, rehabilitative skills training, and acquiring mainstream benefits.
The Jameson Center Foster Care and Adoption Network
The Jameson Center – a placing agency that recruits, trains and monitors foster homes throughout Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston and Harris Counties. (Birth to 17).

The Prevention/Early Intervention & Community Education Network
Community Youth Development (CYD) - Juvenile delinquency prevention program (Age 6 to 17 years). CYD provides leadership development, academic support, job shadowing, career preparation, and mentoring.
Navigator Program –Assist and educate individuals in establishing eligibility and enrollment of affordable healthcare coverage and other assistance programs through Marketplace.
